Honeydew Melons

I bought a honeydew melon at the store today and I was cutting it up when my daughter asked what it was.

Daughter: "What's that?"

Me: "It's a honeydew melon, do you want to try a piece?"

With a complete look of elation on her face Daughter: "Yeeees!"

I cut her off a piece and she chews it for a second and she spits it out.

Me: "What's wrong you don't like it?"

Daughter: "No. (long pause) can I try a cookie instead?"
